About the owner…

Ken Gadd founded Gadd Business Consultants, Business Growth Specialists in 1982, a firm dedicated to the advancement of small and mid-size businesses and organizations that wish to grow successfully and ethically. We have clients throughout the for-profit, non-profit and faith-based sectors. Ken Gadd has assembled a highly skilled team of consultants that share his vision and values. Based in Michigan, Ken Gadd has degrees in Business (BBA from the University of Michigan, and MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit) and Theology (M. Div. and D. Min from Ecumenical Theological Seminary, Detroit).

In the past 20 years, Dr. Gadd has served as a faculty member at several local colleges and universities. He is currently an adjunct professor of Entrenpreneurship and Marketing in the College of Management at Lawrence Technological University, where he has also developed and is the Director of the Osborn Entrepreneurship and Micro-enterprise program.

Dr. Gadd is a skilled and experienced facilitator, and frequent lecturer on Business Growth, Strategic Planning, Ethics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Change Leadership. Dr Gadd has a very strong interest in business ethics, world religion and entrepreneurship. He believes there is a need for businesses to be concerned with issues of social and environmental responsibility, and economic justice.

In addition, Ken is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. He is serving as Pastor of St James UCC in Casco, Michigan.
