No one is an island unto himself or herself. We are each interdependent, having and sharing an economic, social, and environmental responsibility to ourselves, each other, our community and the world in which we exist. It is important to build community through mutually beneficial relationships and open communication.

Each of us has a unique set of talents and gifts based on our individual history of training, education, personal and professional experiences. It is critical that we learn to interact while respecting each other´s opinions, and sharing ideas in the cooperative spirit of teamwork.
