Our guiding beliefs and philosophies…

I believe that through understanding and empowering the Entrepreneurial culture and process there exists the ability to make sound decisions based on the application of business theories, concepts and models, blending intellect and theory with instinct, experience and common sense to develop and implement practical solutions to “real world” situations in a timely way.

No one is an island unto himself or herself. We are each interdependent, having and sharing an economic, social, and environmental responsibility to ourselves, each other, our community and the world in which we exist. It is important to build community through mutually beneficial relationships and open communication.

Each of us has a unique set of talents and gifts based on our individual history of training, education, personal and professional experiences. It is critical that we learn to interact while respecting each other´s opinions, fostering a learning business/organization through positive leadership and sharing ideas in the cooperative spirit of teamwork.

I agree with Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Shall I tell you the secret of the true scholar? It is this: every man I meet is my master in some point, and in that I learn of him.”

My life journey has led me to a theology of tolerance, love, forgiveness, justice, humility and inclusivity. The element of inclusivity is critical to my theology. I believe that we are all brothers and sisters. Each of us individually is an essential part of creation. This is regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, age, or faith tradition. I believe it is absolutely necessary that we respect and celebrate our diversity and that we have a responsibility to all of creation.
