Ken Gadd founded Gadd Business Consultants, Business Growth Specialists in 1982, a firm dedicated to the advancement of businesses and organizations that wish to grow successfully and ethically. We have clients throughout the for-profit, non-profit and faith-based sectors. Ken Gadd has assembled a highly skilled team of consultants that share his vision and values. Based in Michigan, Ken Gadd has degrees in Business (BBA from the University of Michigan, and MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit) and Theology (M. Div. and D. Min from Ecumenical Theological Seminary, Detroit).
In the past 20 years, Dr. Gadd has served as a faculty member at several local colleges and universities. He is currently an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Marketing in the College of Management at Lawrence Technological University, where he has developed and directed several entrepreneurship and Micro-enterprise programs.
Dr. Gadd is a skilled and experienced facilitator, and frequent lecturer on Business Growth, Strategic Planning, Ethics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Change Leadership. Dr. Gadd has a very strong interest in business ethics, world religion and entrepreneurship. He believes there is a need for businesses to be concerned with issues of social and environmental responsibility, and economic justice.
In addition, Ken is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. He is serving as Pastor of St James UCC in Casco, Michigan and St. John’s UCC in Marine City, Michigan.
Evan Lyszczyk (Liz-Check) has a Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Northwood. He started working for Gadd Business Consultants full time in the second quarter of 2018. Prior to becoming a full-time employee at GBC, he spent several years in the manufacturing industry as a Plant Controller for a Tier-1 automotive company that averaged over $150,000,000 in sales per year. As a Plant Controller he championed the implementation of numerous reporting and analysis systems that improved the plants financial transparency and overall efficiency. In addition to working in the manufacturing industry for several years Evan has been a part of several entrepreneurial ventures in the real estate, and marketing realm. Evan primarily assists clients with financial analysis & forecasting, financial management, strategic business planning and business development.
Roberta Fisher has a degree in Management and has over twenty years experience working in the financial and investment world. Her experience includes working with accounts ranging from small to over $750,000,000 a year. Throughout her career, Roberta has provided high quality customer service for customers, clients and financial institutions. She was responsible for many projects which improved company financial effectiveness.
At GBC Roberta is utilizing her vast experience and expertise working with clients in the areas of strategic planning, bookkeeping and maintaining QuickBooks, financial analysis, accurate and professional financial, operations and management reporting and social media.
Devon has been part of the GBC team since 2010. With a degree in Business and Art she provides a unique component to the firm. She utilizes her education and experience in advertising and marketing to benefit the firm and its clients. Devon’s skill set ranges from business assessment, strategic planning, business and financial analysis/forensics, website/social media, customer and competitive review and analysis to promotion.
Jeff Ronan is an IT professional with over thirty-five years of experience in computer-related systems and applications, networks and enterprise-level communications, as well as fifteen years of website and web application development.
Jeff has functioned in roles from desktop user support through IT Director positions across a wide range of business environments. He has provided support for newspaper operations, medical facilities, schools and manufacturing operations. He has a strong passion for pursuing emerging technologies, identifying ways to automate manual processes and exploring opportunities to leverage resources with technology.

At Gadd Business Consultants, we have the pleasure of the company of our furry companions (and often their friends) that like to remind us that there is more to life than work. The founder, Ken Gadd, has been rescuing animals ever since he was young (mostly dogs and cats). For some, he finds their original owners, while with others, he fosters them. Some have adopted Ken along the way. Ken currently shares his home and office with his rescued dogs. Lilith and her friends remind the team to take time to laugh a little, play a little, snack a little, and be grateful a lot.
